Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) therapy
Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) pain can be quite debilitating, often causing headaches, ear aches, severe pain while eating or talking and more. We will evaluate the jaw and the neck, which can both be contributing factors with this type of pain. Often the TMJ requires an internal exam, not only external. The therapist may put on a glove and feel how the jaw is moving in order to treat you. Often, results can be expected in a few treatments; do not wait for months and months before consulting about your jaw pain.
