Anyone who has or is suffering from chronic pain knows that it can be debilitating; however, research shows that massage therapy can have positive impacts for people attempting to manage chronic pain syndromes, such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, or others. Massage therapy can increase levels of serotonin in the body as well as promote deep/restorative sleep, both of which help to reduce pain naturally. Our therapists also keep up with the latest research to inform their practices, and strive to find ways to help manage the symptoms and side-effects of chronic disease in order to help our clients to feel more confident in their bodies.
