He is certified in Gunn IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation), a neuropathic model of dry needling.

Interests for Andrew include a variety of sports and orthopedics. He is also teaching in the Orthopedic Division level course system. These are the courses that physiotherapists can take to better their manual therapy techniques and potentially become an FCAMPT. Running injuries are another interest of his and he has taken the “New Trends in the Prevention of Running Injuries" course and is a specialist in the area.

He has also pursued post-graduate courses in Vestibular Rehabilitation from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and treats patients with BPPV, vestibular neuritis, labyrinthitis and a variety of vestibular hypofunctions and conditions.

Leading a busy lifestyle, he enjoys playing volleyball, running, hiking, snowboarding and a variety of other sports and activities. His dedication to the profession and post-graduate learning have helped establish himself in the Ottawa/Gatineau region.

Justin Thompson

Registered Massage Therapist

Justin graduated from Georgian College with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy in 2018. He has a passion for research and strives to provide treatments based on the newest scientific evidence in the field.

Growing up playing football, rugby and hockey, Justin found himself in and out of rehabilitation programs. With personal experience in successful and unsuccessful rehabilitation programs he understands what it takes to return to activity and improve your quality of life.

Outside of the clinic you might find Justin running, cycling or trying new remedial exercises himself at the gym.

Tanya has developed a deep appreciation for quality, individualized care that focuses on her clients and their goals, whether they are to return to sport or to daily life and work. She combines her manual therapy skills and knowledge of exercise science to develop comprehensive treatment programs to get her clients back on their feet as soon as possible. Tanya is also able to take French and Russian speaking clients.

In her spare time, Tanya enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, and kickboxing. She also holds a Diploma in Canine Rehabilitation to treat our four-legged friends.

Roxane Walsh

Registered Massage Therapist

Roxane has been a registered massage therapist in the Ottawa area since 2012 after graduating top of her class from an intensive program at Everest College. Having taken several courses and workshops, her approach has evolved over the years to include a variety of techniques including visceral manipulation, cranio-sacral, gentle fascial work and trigger point therapy to target the cause of your pain or discomfort.

Her experience working with clients with concussions, nerve pain, chronic headaches and postural imbalances has allowed her to have a deeper understanding of the body's innate ability to heal where all tissues, organs and muscles work together to create wellness. She understands that every body responds to stress, injury or illness differently, therefore her massage techniques will always be adapted to your tissue health.

As a long distance runner, you might find that her treatments are often guided by her passion for the sport, having run several full and half marathons in the Ottawa area. On her days off, she enjoys spending time with her family, running, snowshoeing and painting.

Fluently bilingual in French and English, she will work with you as your RMT to help you attain your rehabilitation and health goals or to simply provide treatment in a safe space for you to relax.
